Twin Cities District UMW of the Minnesota Conference
UMW PURPOSE
The organized unit of United Methodist Women shall be a community of women whose PURPOSE is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative, supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church.
Welcome to Twin Cities District UMW site
This site has been created as a source of information regarding events of the Twin Cities District United Methodist Women. If you have any questions or concerns please email the webmaster at myumw@hotmail.com
It is the hope of the Twin Cities executive team that this will increase participation in the events in our district. You do not need to be a member of a local unit to attend these events. We encourage women in churches who do not have an active unit of United Methodist Women to attend these UMW sponsored events and connect with your UMW sisters.
This site is also a place for local units to announce events which they want to invite others outside of their unit to attend. All postings will be found by clicking on "Local Units" Submit UMW sponsored events to the webmaster at sandrameyer51@hotmail.com.
